Swing Gates (SG)

Our range of DDA swing and pass gates complement our tripod turnstiles, retractable speed and flap gates. The Disability Discrimination Act requires, facilities to offer entrances to less able-bodied people. The guidance given in Approved document M states a straight on approach width of 800mm, BS 8300 recommends a minimum 1000mm.

Our range of swing and pass gates (SG) provide large walkways to meet the needs of fire regulations, requirements for people with reduced mobility and large bulky items.

Our pass and swing gates can be used alone or as a master/slave system, proving clear passage widths from 500 to 1750mm. They can be fitted with optional detection sensors for automatic opening and auto-closing after passage has taken place.

The SGRetail gate has been specifically designed to help retail and garden center with loss prevention and reduce shrinkage.
